Data Minimization
We collect only the data necessary for the research objectives. No PII — no full names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers — is requested.
Storage & Encryption
All responses are transmitted via SSL encryption and stored in secure, access-controlled databases. Access is restricted to primary researchers.
Usage & Access Control
Data is used exclusively for academic research and aggregate wellness reports. Raw data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Data Retention
Research data is retained for 24 months for longitudinal analysis. After this period, data is archived or securely deleted per research protocols.
